Step 1: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water and cover with a lid and bring to the boil over high heat and then reduce heat to medium and simmer gently for 3 minutes and then remove pan fro heat and using a slotted spoon, transfer eggs to egg cups.
Step 2: Cut of tops and serve with toast cut to look like a hammer.
