Step 1: Combine the milk and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat and stir for 5 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth and heated through and then remove from heat.
Step 2: Add crème de menthe or peppermint essence and stir to combine.
Step 3: Use food colourings to tint mixture to a teal colour.
Step 4: Pour evenly among heatproof serving glasses or mugs and top with cream and peppermint crisp and serve immediately.
