Step 1: In large pot over medium heat add butter and vegetable oil, saute onion until soft and golden
Step 2: Add tomatoes, seasoning, wine, garlic if using simmer 7 – 8 minutes, lower heat add fish and shrimp simmering until done.
Step 3: While sauce is simmering cook zucchini ‘pasta' in salted water until just done, drain and top with the tomato sauce.
Step 4: NOTE one can make the tomato sauce ahead of time, heat and add in the seafood while cooking the zucchini pasta
