Step 1: Heat the oil in a work or large frying pan over high heat and add the broccolini and cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes.
Step 2: Place the chilli jam and water in a small bowl and mix to combine and add half of the chilli mixture to the work and cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
Step 3: Top the broccolini with the cashews and remaining chilli mixture and sprinkle with pepper to serve.
