Step 1: Saute onion in butter and oil till see through, add garlic and cook for 1 min. Remove from pot.
Step 2: Add ground beef to pot and brown, drain fat. Add onion and garlic back in.
Step 3: Add all other ingredients except macaroni and chedder cheese. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4: Add noodles mix, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. (I had to stir mine so noodles wouldn't stick to bottom of pot)
Step 5: Stir and check for doneness. (You can turn heat off at this point and let sit covered a few minutes if not done.)
Step 6: When all noodles are ready, Stir in chedder cheese, Enjoy. (my family likes to sprinkle chedder cheese over the top of there plate and let it melt.)
