Step 1: Combine 1/4 cup cream, chocolate, cinnamon and nutmeg in a saucepan over low heat. Stir till chocolate is melted.
Step 2: Add remaining cream and heat through.
Step 3: Remove from heat and remove cinnamon. Add extracts.
Step 4: Beat with hand held mixer till froth then pour into mugs.
