Step 1: Add all ingredients to the bowl of a blender & blend until smooth OR use your hand-held stick blender as I will do. Serve immediately.
Step 2: NOTE FROM CATHY: "This is perfect for 1 person if you're using it as a meal. Otherwise, you might want to split it w/a friend." (Serving size is 16 oz, so it's substantial)
