Step 1: Mix tomatoes and water. Let stand 30 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
Step 2: Mix tomatoes, cheeses, sour cream and onions in 3 cup bowl.
Step 3: Microwave uncovered on Medium (50%) for 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until cheese is melted.
Step 4: Place in a crock pot on low to keep dip warm.
Step 5: Serve dip with assorted vegetables or baguette slices.
