Ingredients
- Bars:
- 4 eggs
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (16-ounce) can pumpkin
- 2 cups white flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
How to Make

Step 1: BARS: Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin till light and fluffy.

Step 2: Add the rest to the above and mix well; pour into a 10x15x1 ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes till done; cool and frost.

Step 3: CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: Mix all the ingredients together till fluffy and frost the bars.
