Step 1: Blend sugar, milk, and flavorings
Step 2: Tint with coloring if desired
Step 3: Kneed fondant until smooth and creamy
Step 4: Cover with damp cloth and refrigerate 24 hours
Step 5: Shape fondant into balls or paties
Step 6: If desired these can be dipped in chocolate
