Step 1: Beat all ingredients together, till Heat ungreased krumkake iron over medium high heat.
Step 2: Beat all ingredients until smooth.
Step 3: Test the temperature by sprinkling iron with a few drops of water, if they skitter around it is ready
Step 4: Lightly brush inside top and bottom of iron with shortening or vegetable oil.
Step 5: Drop 1/2 tablespoon batter onto iron; close gently.
Step 6: Cook about 15 seconds on each side or until light golden brown. Keep iron over heat at all times.
Step 7: Remove cookie with knife.
Step 8: Immediately roll cookie around roller or handle of large wooden spoon. Cool on wire rack.
