Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 to 4 tablespoons water, hot
How to Make

Step 1: Melt the butter in a sauce pan, heating until butter until it is a delicate brown.
