Ingredients
- 1 container (8 ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip, can use reduced-fat or fat-free)
- 1 box (3.5 ounce) instant vanilla pudding mix (or can use cream cheese flavor)
- 1 cup half and half (or whole milk -- for a thicker frosting use 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk or light cream)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to Make

Step 1: In a medium bowl combine instant pudding mix with milk and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the Cool Whip topping until combined.

Step 2: Spread onto cooled cake.
