2 toasted (100 grams) crumpets (50 grams each crumpet)
20 grams baby rocket leaves
2 slices (50 grams) smoked salmon
Avocado (1/4 avocado, stoned, peeled and thinly sliced)
2 slices (40 grams) camembert
1 cherry tomato, thinly sliced
Dill sprigs, to serve
How to Make
Step 1:
Place the toasted crumpets on a serving platter and top with rocket, salmon, avocado, camembert and tomato and season and sprinkle with dill sprigs.
