Step 1: Combine the tomatoes, onion, peppers and celery in a bowl.
Step 2: Whisk together the vinegar, honey, cloves, hot sauce,salt and pepper all the while slowly pouring in the oil.
Step 3: Pour the dressing into the vegetables, gently mix.
Step 4: Place in fridge for at least 4 hours.
Step 5: Drain the salad of excess dressing Leave at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
