Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup instant coffee
- 3 cups vodka
- 1/2 vanilla beans, split
How to Make

Step 1: Combine sugars and water.

Step 2: Boil for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Gradually stir in coffee. Cool.

Step 4: Add vodka and vanilla and mix thoroughly.

Step 5: Cover and let ripen for 1 month.

Step 6: Remove vanilla bean.

Step 7: Bottle.
