Step 1: Place spices and peel into a saucepan.
Step 2: Pour coffee over spices and simmer over low heat for roughly 5 minutes.
Step 3: Strain into cups and top with whipped cream.
Step 4: Garnish with a sprinkle of cinammon.
Step 5: Sweeten with brown sugar if desired.
