Step 1: Beet the egg white until stiff.
Step 2: Whip the cream and the vanilla till stiff.
Step 3: Gently fold together the whipped cream and the egg white.
Step 4: Fill 4 cups 1/3 of the way up with egg mixture.
Step 5: Divide coffee between 4 cups.
