Step 1: Pour milk into a sauce pan
Step 2: Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and add to milk.
Step 3: Add brown sugar to milk.
Step 4: Bring milk to a boil, stiring to make sure milk does not burn.
Step 5: Remove from heat and let stand a few minutes.
Step 6: Remove vanilla bean and add milk to blender. Blend on high for roughly 30 seconds or untill frothy.
Step 7: Add to hot coffee and sprinkle with cinnamon.
