Step 1: Sprinkle pork chops with thyme, salt and pepper.
Step 2: Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
Step 3: Add pork chops; cover and cook 3 minutes.
Step 4: Turn chops; cover and cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
Step 5: Remove chops from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Step 6: Add apples, onion and brown sugar to same skillet; mix well.
Step 7: Cover; cook over medium high heat for 5 minutes, stirring once.
Step 8: Add vinegar.
Step 9: Cook, uncovered, 3 to 6 minutes or until apples and onion are crisp tender and light golden brown, stir occasionally.
Step 10: Serve apples over pork chops.
