Ingredients
- 2 ounces rum
- 1/4 ounce curacao (blue)
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1 package (3 ounce) Jell-O gelatin (lime)
- 1 cup water, boiling
- 3/4 cup vodka
How to Make

Step 1: Dissolve the Jell-O in boiling water.

Step 2: Add the vodka and set it in the freezer.

Step 3: When jello is set, pour the rum, blue Curacao and juices into a cocktail shaker with ice.

Step 4: Shake well.

Step 5: Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Step 6: Garnish with a scoop of the jello.
