Step 1: Slice potatoes in half.
Step 2: Place in a seal-able plastic bag and add rest of ingredients ingredients.
Step 3: Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 4: Preheat barbecue to 300°F.
Step 5: Place on preheated barbecue and cook for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
