Ingredients
- 12 pounds squash (8 small yellow squash, cut in half lengthwise)
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
How to Make

Step 1: Mix everything except the squash together, then brush on the squash and grill on medium heat, turning often, until squash is tender.

Step 2: Brush on more of the oil mixture during grilling.
