Step 1: In a large frying pan, combine all ingredients except vegetables.
Step 2: Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Boil 1 minute, reduce heat and add vegetables.
Step 4: Simmer just until vegetables are heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 5: With slotted spoon, remove vegetables to a serving dish and pour glaze over it.
