Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a heavy sauce pan and heat, adjusting mint flavoring to get desired mintiness and string constantly over medium low heat.
Step 2: Stir until chocolate is all melted and mixture is smooth.
Step 3: Pour into greased 9x9 inch pan, cool, and cut into 3/4 inch squares.5
