Step 1: Soak 12 wooden skewers in water for about an hour or use metal skewers.
Step 2: Mix together the pork strips, garlic, ginger, taco seasoning and vegetable oil.
Step 3: Marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Preheat oven to broil.
Step 5: Skewer marinated pork strips or cubes.
Step 6: Place skewers on a rimmed baking sheet and broil on middle rack for 5 minutes, turn over and broil until cooked through and slightly golden, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 7: Preheat grill to medium-high
Step 8: Skewer marinated pork strips or cubes.
Step 9: Grill a few minutes on each side, until cooked through.
Step 10: Mix together the marmalade and mustard and serve with skewers.
