Ingredients
- Strawberries, sliced in half (7 strawberries)
- 1 1/2 ounces rum (white)
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 4 ice cubes
- 1/4 cup strawberry ice cream
- Club soda
How to Make

Step 1: Combine strawberries, rum, lime juice, ice and ice cream in a blender.

Step 2: Blend until smooth.

Step 3: Pour into a tall chilled glass.

Step 4: Top with club soda and garnish with an orange wheel, 1/2 strawberry and fresh mint.
