Jalapeño Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely minced onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 6 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeno peppers
How to Make

Step 1: In large bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt.

Step 2: Add cheese and onion and mix with a fork.

Step 3: Whisk sour cream, melted butter, eggs and jalapeno peppers together.

Step 4: Add to dry ingredients.

Step 5: Stir until evenly moistened.

Step 6: Bake in lined muffin cups at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in muffin comes out clean.

Step 7: Serve warm.
