Step 1: Put a generous amount of mayonnaise on both slices of bread.
Step 2: Add salt and pepper to taste, onto the mayonnaise.
Step 3: Put a generous amount of beans onto one slice of bread.
Step 4: Top with thin slice of onion. (I love vidalias when they are in season)
Step 5: Put top slice of bread onto sandwich, cut and eat.
