Step 1: Mix together the icing sugar, 1 cup coconut, cream, almond extract and melted butter, and stir until all are well combined.
Step 2: Divide the mixture into three equal parts.
Step 3: Color one red, one green and leave one white.
Step 4: Shape into 3/4 - 1 inch fat balls.
Step 5: Roll in remaining coconut and let stand about 24 hours to firm up.
