Step 1: Put shrimp, grated garlic, oil, zest of the lemon, pepper and salt (and oregano if using) in a skillet on medium-high heat.
Step 2: Stir everything together, constantly watching and turning shrimp until they are all pink.
Step 3: Squeeze a bit of the lemon over shrimp before serving.
