Ingredients
- 8 cups mango, chopped (cubes, 1")
- 6 cups granulated sugar
- 2 lemons, whole (juice of)
How to Make

Step 1: Place everything in a large deep pot and stir well.

Step 2: Over Medium-High, bring to a rolling boil, stirring, constantly.

Step 3: Continue cooking, stirring often, until a candy thermometer reaches 220f ( about 30-40 minutes).

Step 4: Pour into prepared jars and can.
