Step 1: In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, yogurt & smoked oysters until well-blended (I used my hand-held stick blender for this).
Step 2: Fold in the the celery & cilantro (or parsley) & refrigerate until ready for use.
Step 3: Serve w/assorted crackers or dippers of choice.
