Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 450f
Step 2: Trim your chops, make small cuts through any fat on the edge of the chop
Step 3: Combine your crumbs with the rosemary
Step 4: Season chops with salt and pepper, spread 1/2 tablespoon of chutney on each side of the chope and dip into the crumbs
Step 5: Place on a baking sheet, bake in 450 oven for 15 minutes. They should be golden brown and medium rare Medium rare internal temperature 145, medium 160
