Step 1: Cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain into a colander. Rinse briefly with cold water and set aside.
Step 2: Mix together the celery, red and green bell peppers, green onion, cooked bacon, vinegar, in a medium bowl and mix until well combined.
Step 3: Add in the mayonnaise and the sour cream and mix until well blended.
Step 4: Add in the pasta, add salt and pepper. Refrigerate covered overnight or at least 6 hours.
Step 5: Add in the cheese and pickles before serving.
