Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat add oil and butter stir until butter is melted.
Step 2: Add pasta,and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly browned.
Step 3: Stir in the peas,broth,half and half cream,salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Bring to a boil,then cover and reduce heat to simmer.
Step 5: Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender stir occasionally.
