Step 1: CRUST: Put ingredients in a bowl and mix well; roll out to cover a large cookie sheet making a 1" edge; make holes all over the crust with a fork and bake in a 400 degree oven till done; cool.
Step 2: Spread the jar of raspberry jam evenly all over the crust.
Step 3: CAKE: Mix the cake according to directions on the box or use the ingredients listed above; pour batter over the jam and bake at 350 degrees until the cake is done to test.
Step 4: FROSTING: Put everything into a mixing bowl starting with 2 cups of the confectioners sugar and adding more sugar if you need it; whip till light and fluffy; frost the top and enjoy!
