Ingredients
- 4 large eggs (beaten)
- 1 package (18 ounce) Golden Cake Mix (Duncan Hines Butter Golden Cake Mix)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 package (3.4 ounce) pistachio instant pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil (vegetable)
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts
- Chocolate bar, chopped into chunks (optional, 1 large bar Hershey's)
- Granulated sugar
How to Make

Step 1: Sift flour with cake mix.

Step 2: Add instant pudding and mix.

Step 3: Add cake mixture to eggs and stir well.

Step 4: Add wet ingredients, stir until combined.

Step 5: Fold in nuts and/or chocolate chunks

Step 6: Pour into greased muffin cups

Step 7: Sprinkle sugar on top.

Step 8: Bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes.
