Step 1: Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the onions and cook over a low heat until soft. Throw in the chillies,potatoes and spices, and cook for 1 minute. Stir lime juice.
Step 2: Add the yogurt and stock. Simmer slowly for 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft and the sauce has reduced. Stir through the peas and cook for another 5 mins. Sprinkle over with cilantro. Adjust seasoning and serve.
