Step 1: In a small bowl whisk together first 3 ingredients (oil - honey); season with salt and pepper.
Step 2: In a saucepan of boiling salted water cook beans until crisp tender (under 5 minutes); drain, rinse and pat dry.
Step 3: Cut oranges in half, then crosswise into 1/3 inch thick slices; place them in a large salad bowl and add the olives, pasley, beans and dressing -- toss.
