Step 1: Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the peppers and onion; cook until onion and peppers soften.
Step 2: Pour the contents of the skillet in a rice cooker along with the remaining ingredients and give it a good stir.
Step 3: Turn rice cooker on and let it run it's course.
Step 4: Fluff the rice and enjoy!
