Step 1: Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang so you can lift the bars out.
Step 2: Combine almond butter, brown rice syrup, honey and coconut oil in a microwave proof bowl; stir well until combined. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. It should be more pourable than before.
Step 3: Place the rice cereal in a large bowl. Add the almond butter mix and use a large spoon to mix, stirring well until everything is combined.
Step 4: Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use your hands to press it down evenly in the pan. You can use parchment paper if necessary, but it shouldn't be sticky like regular Rice Krispie treats.
Step 5: Before the mixture hardens too much, lift the block from the pan, cut into 2 inch squares using a hot knife, and enjoy!
