Step 1: Mash avocado and juice in a bowl.
Step 2: Combine tomato, onion, basil, parsley, oregano and fetta in a bowl.
Step 3: Heat barbecue grill to high.
Step 4: Brush bread with oil and add to grill and cook bread for 1 minute each side or until browned and then transfer to a chopping board and rub with garlic and then place on serving plates.
Step 5: Spread grilled bread with avocado mixture and top with tomato mixture and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve drizzled with extra oil.
