Step 1: Place sugar in a small bowl; sprinkle with vanilla extract.
Step 2: With a fork, stir and blend until no trace of extract moisture remains.
Step 3: Add remaining ingredients; stir.
Step 4: Sift to blend thoroughly.
Step 5: Store in an airtight container.
Step 6: To prepare 1 serving, spoon 2 to 3 teaspoons of mix into a standard size coffee mug; fill with boiling water and stir. Top with miniature marshmallows.
