Step 1: Gently mix together beef, 1/2 cup cilantro, 1/2 cup onion finely chopped, scallions,garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt & Pepper
Step 2: Form 4 patties,1/2" thick, cover & set aside in fridge.
Step 3: Mix together the mayo, lime juice chipotle chili in adobo sauce Chopped
Step 4: Cover & set aside in fridge
Step 5: Lightly spray a skillet large enough to hold the 4 patties with olive oil
Step 6: Fry the patties over medium high heat (apprx 4 minutes each side or done to your liking
Step 7: Add chese to almost ready patty
Step 8: Place a patty on a toasted bun, top with 1/4 cup cold slaw, tomatoe slice, onion slice and 2 tablespoons Chipotle Mayo.
