1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (use the good stuff and shred yourself)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (start with smaller amount and add more to your own tastes)
1 to 2 small garlic cloves (depending on how garlicky you want it, if you like strong use 2 cloves)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce (Tabasco)
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make
Step 1:
Add everything to a bowl. Whisk until fully combined. Taste and add salt and pepper to your liking. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
