Step 1: In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour with garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper and cayenne;
Step 2: Add in the beef and shake to coat (you may need to do this in batches).
Step 3: In a large skillet heat oil bacon fat or oil over medium-high heat (use enough to coat the bottom of the skillet.
Step 4: Add in beef and brown on all sides.
Step 5: Transfer beef to slow cooker (or a Dutch oven if you are making this in the oven).
Step 6: In the same skillet add in onion and all remaining ingredients; cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil; pour over ribs.
Step 7: Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until meat is tender.
