Ingredients
- 8 cups cooked potatoes, mashed
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 2 large onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 8 slices of bread, cubed
- 1 teaspoon sage, or more to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make

Step 1: Cook ground pork and onions together until pork is cooked through.

Step 2: Drain the meat.

Step 3: Mix all ingredients together and stuff bird.
