Step 1: Mix all ingredients well and store in an air-tight container.
Step 2: When ready to use:Shake chicken pieces with plain flour.
Step 3: Dip flour dredged chicken in beaten eggs.
Step 4: Shake with enough of the mixture to coat all chicken pieces.
Step 5: Place chicken pieces on a baking sheet coated with non-stick spray.
Step 6: Bake in a 325 degree Fahrenheit oven until cooked through, time will vary depending on size of chicken pieces.
