5 to 6 ounces guavas (2 fresh RIPE, halved and seeded)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon simple syrup
2 ounces coconut water
3 to 4 dashes bitters
How to Make
Step 1:
Place all ingredients except bitters into a mini blender. Add 1/2 cup ice (or to taste) and process until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with guava or lemon slices (optional).
I have an issue with seeds, so even though the guava is seeded, some still slip through. I always strain the cocktail through a fine mesh sieve before serving.
